Gaming Curaçao (GC) was one of four regulatory bodies for online gaming in Curaçao, established in 1998. Holding a Master License from the Curaçao government, GC was responsible for issuing online gaming licenses to qualified operators, as well as offering hosting and fiduciary services.
As of August 18th, 2024, Gaming Curaçao (Gaming Services Provider N.V.) has ceased all operations due to recent changes and restructuring within the Curaçao jurisdiction.
Consequently, all Gaming Curaçao (365/JAZ) licenses are now considered expired, and no further licenses will be issued. Operators previously holding a Gaming Curaçao license should have either applied for a new license directly from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board or obtained a license from another regulatory authority.
It is no longer possible to submit complaints or contact Gaming Curaçao. Any disputes should now be directed to the casino’s new regulatory body or according to the information provided on the casino’s website.
